Position: Interior Design Sales Executive (No experience required, welcome non-experience)

  • Salary: Base salary with commissions.
  • Company: Interior Design 7 Sense Studio Pte Ltd
  • Location: Singapore, Woodlands/Sembawang
  • Education: No specific qualifications required (with or without qualifications are acceptable)
  • Commission Structure: Commission up to 60% (profit sharing), fast commission payout (every two weeks), Quarterly top sales bonus. There is also a base salary.
  • Potential Customers Provided: The company supplies potential customer leads through advertising.

đź“ŤJob Responsibilities

  1. Meet customers to understand their needs and provide suggestions to help them create a more comfortable living environment (company provides leads to salespersons).
  2. Provide quotations to customers.
  3. Designers will create the design drawings; salespersons only need to provide the necessary details.
  4. Schedule and coordinate with suppliers and homeowners.
  5. Visit construction sites to ensure the progress of the work.
  6. The company will provide training and assist in closing customers.

đź“ŤWho We Are Looking For

  • We need individuals who are hardworking and responsible.
  • New hires can typically expect to earn between SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month.
  • Diligent workers can earn an average monthly income of SGD 4,000 to SGD 6,000.
  • Our top five employees currently earn between SGD 8,000 and SGD 17,000 per month, with income based on individual performance and execution.
  • Besides monthly income, the company also offers year-end bonuses, and those who meet performance targets will receive additional rewards, including top sales and top income bonuses.
  • Training will be provided to both experienced and non-experienced candidates to help them achieve financial success.
  • Salary is paid monthly, with wages settled after project completion, and the construction timeline typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Additional income and sales bonuses are provided in cash.
  • Outstanding performers will also receive incentive bonuses.
